Refund and Returns Policy

Exchanges

Refund Shipping Costs

Damaged Items
IIn case your item arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photographic evidence of the damage and may need the item to be sent back to us for inspection. We will furnish you with a return shipping address and instructions. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will inspect it and inform you of the refund or exchange status accordingly. Your satisfaction and receiving the product in good condition are our priorities.
